Introduction
Inbetween Models is an innovative platform for models, with a mission to transform the modeling industry by promoting a realistic and healthy image of society. The primary goal of this project was to create a new website that clearly conveys this mission and makes client acquisition easier by presenting the brand professionally and efficiently.
Problem Statement
The old website of Inbetween Models was functional but required a lot of manual work, making it time-consuming for Terry, the founder, to manage models and assignments. The new website needed to automate these processes and enhance the overall user experience.
Solution
We implemented a comprehensive redesign and redevelopment of the website, focusing on the following solutions:
- Automation: Integrated features for selecting and sharing models with agencies, requesting polaroids from models, showcasing blogs and projects, and easily managing models independently. Additionally, the ability to create landing pages was added.
- User-Friendly CMS: Developed a custom-built content management system that allows for easy and independent updates.
- Professional UI Design: Designed a scalable, professional UI that reflects the brand’s mission and is ready for future growth and franchising.
UX Research

From the beginning, we were deeply involved in understanding Terry’s vision. Through collaborative brainstorming sessions, we identified her goals and the best ways to achieve them. Our strategic advice helped shape the direction of the project.
Results
The new website brought significant improvements and positive outcomes:

- Positive Feedback: Users have praised the website for its professional and beautiful design. Additionally, a larger agency has shown interest in replicating the success of this website for their own platform.
