Effective date: September 1, 2025 USB Photo Transfer is built by BOLD700 with one rule: your photos are yours. This policy explains what the app touches, what it doesn't, and why. 1. What we collect Nothing. USB Photo Transfer does not collect personal data, does not require an account, and does not connect to any server we control. 2. What the app accesses on your device Photo library: only when you grant permission, and only to show your photos and videos so you can select them. External storage: only the folder you pick on your USB-C drive, and only to copy the files you selected. Permissions are managed by iOS. You can revoke them anytime in Settings → Privacy → Photos. 3. What happens during a transfer Files are copied locally, on-device, from your photo library to your USB-C drive. Nothing is uploaded. Nothing passes through a cloud or third-party server. 4. What we don't do No accounts, no sign-ins. No tracking, no analytics, no ads. No cloud sync, no remote storage. No sharing of data with third parties. 5. Optional auto-delete If you turn on "delete after transfer," the app asks iOS to remove the originals from your photo library after a successful copy. Deletion goes through the standard iOS confirmation dialog. We never delete files silently. 6. App Store review prompts After several successful transfers, the app may ask Apple to show the standard App Store review dialog. This is handled entirely by Apple. We don't see who rated, or what they wrote. 7. Your rights Because we don't collect your data, there's nothing for us to look up, export, or delete on our side. You stay in full control through iOS itself: revoke permissions, delete the app, and everything app-related is gone. 8. Changes to this policy If this policy changes, the latest version will live on this page with an updated date. 9. Contact Questions? support@bold700.com
Effective date: September 1, 2025 Welcome to USB Photo Transfer, an iOS app by BOLD700. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. 1. What the app does USB Photo Transfer copies selected photos and videos from your iPhone's photo library to a USB-C drive (USB stick, SSD, or hard drive) you connect to your device. Transfers happen locally. 2. Your responsibilities Use the app for lawful purposes only. Make sure you have the right to copy and store the media you transfer. Keep a separate backup of important files. A USB-C drive is one copy, not a backup strategy. 3. What's not allowed Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from the app. Disrupting, abusing, or attempting to bypass the app or the systems it runs on. Using the app for fraudulent or illegal activity. 4. Intellectual property USB Photo Transfer, including its name, design, icon, code, and content, is owned by BOLD700 and protected under international IP law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app or its assets without written permission. 5. Auto-delete is your choice The optional "delete after transfer" feature removes originals from your photo library only after a successful copy, and only when you enable it. You're responsible for verifying that the copy on your USB-C drive is complete and readable before relying on it. 6. Storage and external drives The app writes to the folder you select. We can't guarantee the reliability of third-party hardware (drives, cables, adapters). File system compatibility (APFS, exFAT, FAT32) is up to your drive's formatting. 7. Availability We may update, change, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated version. 8. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, BOLD700 is not liable for: Indirect or consequential damages. Loss of data, files, or media — including data lost during a transfer or after auto-delete. Damage caused by hardware failure of an external drive. Use of, or inability to use, the app. Use of the app is at your own risk. You are responsible for keeping backups. 9. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, including the GDPR and the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts. 10. Changes to these terms We may update these terms periodically. The latest version always lives on this page. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms. 11. Contact support@bold700.com
